The customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise his right of withdrawal.
This period is extended by 15 days for all items purchased between October 20 and December 20.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unwashed. Our carpets are probably very different from those you know and sometimes require some time to adapt. We encourage you to try it out at home in a clean, pet-free room to make sure you enjoy it. The customer must inform Mahola.Yoga of their return intention to obtain a return number.
Requests should be sent by email to customercare@mahola.yoga.
The request will be processed and confirmed by email on business days, usually within 72 hours. It must include the invoice/tracking number (and photos of the item), and reason for decision to help us continually improve our service and products. Our team will send the customer the return address and label to be glued on the package. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be made. Most returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving the package. The refund will be made to the customer’s payment account, minus the return fees.
In the case of an exchange request, the customer account will be credited with the amount of the original purchase, minus the return fee, to make a new purchase. If the amount is not used in full by the customer, the balance can be refunded by simple request to the email address of the customer service.
