    his black and gold singing bowl, 14 cm in diameter, is a beautiful decorative object and a powerful meditative tool. It's a magnificent object, ideal for meditation and sound therapy lovers. Thanks to its generous size, it produces deep, enveloping vibrations.


    The sound and vibrations produced by the singing bowl help induce deep concentration, promoting relaxation and meditation. In particular, it is used to anchor the mind in the present during meditation.


    According to Indian tradition, the singing bowls' vibrations can help harmonise the body's energies and rebalance the chakras. This technique, known as sound therapy, is used to relieve stress, reduce tension and promote overall well-being.

    It is sold with an untreated wooden mallet.
    It is also available in a smaller 12 cm diameter version.

    Each singing bowl is handcrafted in India, using traditional metal alloys, to offer a rich and harmonious resonance, while perpetuating ancestral know-how.

    Each Mahola accessory is the result of meticulous craftsmanship in India, in various regions renowned for their traditional skills. We collaborate directly with local workshops and artisans, without industrial intermediaries, in order to preserve the authenticity of the techniques and the quality of the materials.

    Our commitment is complete:

    • Handcrafted production respecting local traditions.
    • Manual labor is favored and mechanized processes are limited.
