    Placed under a zafu or meditation cushion, it supports the knees, ankles and feet, and helps you to hold the seated posture longer, without discomfort.

    Its soft and durable cover, made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, houses cotton padding for a soft yet firm seat. Thanks to its zipper closure, the cover is removable and machine washable on a cold cycle for easy care.

Priti, an Indian yoga teacher who arrived in France almost 20 years ago, cherished the memory of the handwoven rugs from her native region, imbued with tradition and a sense of serenity.
