    Placed under a zafu or meditation cushion, it gently supports the knees, ankles and feet, and helps you to hold the seated posture longer, without pain or tension.

    Its 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton cover is both soft and durable, and contains cotton padding for a flexible yet firm seat. Easy to care for, the cover is removable thanks to a zipper and is machine washable on a cold cycle.

Priti, an Indian yoga teacher who arrived in France almost 20 years ago, cherished the memory of the handwoven rugs from her native region, imbued with tradition and a sense of serenity.
