    Placed under a zafu or meditation cushion, it offers gentle support to the knees, ankles and feet, and allows you to hold the seated posture longer, without discomfort.

    Its durable and soft-to-the-touch cover, made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, contains natural cotton padding for a seat that is both flexible and stable. Thanks to its zipper closure, the cover is removable and machine washable on a cold cycle, ensuring long-lasting and hassle-free use.

Priti, an Indian yoga teacher who arrived in France almost 20 years ago, cherished the memory of the handwoven rugs from her native region, imbued with tradition and a sense of serenity.
