Just 3 mm thick, it's light enough to take anywhere. The colours, obtained using chemical-free Ayurvedic dyes, are both subtle and natural. Its beauty and technicality make it as much a decorative element in a home as in a yoga studio, adding an authentic and serene atmosphere to your space.

The Silence colour of the mat is achieved through the use of Vembadam, a plant beneficial for balancing the Pitta dosha and supporting digestion. Like many other Ayurvedic plants, Vembadam leaves can be used to produce dyes in shades of yellow to green. For our dyers, Vembadam is the main ingredient in the grey hue of our yoga mats.

Machine wash :

Use a high-performance machine without an agitator.
Cold water, hand wash cycle.

Hand wash :

Soak the carpet in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Use natural detergents.
Avoid citric acid products.

Wash frequency :

Active Yogis: once a month.
Less active yogis: If needed.

General advice :

Always use cold water (<30°C).
Dry in the shade to preserve colors.
