From the south of India, this handmade, natural yoga mat is 3 mm thick and handcrafted from organic cotton using ancient weaving techniques.

Thanks to its lightness, it can be taken everywhere with you. The Ayurvedic dyes, which contain no chemicals, produce natural, soothing colours. Combining aesthetics and functionality, this mat is just as suitable for interior decoration as it is for use in a yoga studio, creating an authentic, relaxing atmosphere.

The seven colours of this mat represent the nuances of the different energies and elements of the chakras: the root chakra is associated with red and the element earth, the sacral chakra resonates with orange and the element water, and the solar plexus chakra is associated with yellow and the element fire.
